The Southwest Arkansas Chamber Singers logo project was for a client at Southern Arkansas University. Myself, along with two other like-minded artists, were approached by the client to design a new logo for the new group. We had several meetings where we discussed various approaches and designed numerous drafts for him.
It was a bit tough to work for this client because he did not know what he wanted exactly. But thanks to our ingenuity and design skills, we were able to craft a perfect design for the group and it has been displayed on posters, advertising the group’s events. The final design incorporates the use of cool colors, blue and green, becoming a gradient over the text. The abstraction also serves as sound waves to incorporate music into the logo.
